2 Eggs
2 tbsp Wheat bran (can be replaced with ground oatmeal)
30 g Curd cheese(or a mixture of cottage cheese with herbs)
½ Cucumber
½ A tomato
30 g Lettuce
30 g Chinese cabbage

Mix the eggs with bran, salt and herbs in a blender until smooth. From this mixture we make pancakes in a non-stick pan without oil;

Lubricate the finished pancakes with cottage cheese, spread strips of cucumbers, tomatoes in half rings, lettuce and cabbage;

Turn the rolls (if pancakes allow) and put them in the refrigerator for 10 Minutes. We get and cut into circles.
