 80 g Potatoes
 200 g Beet
 100 g Pickled cucumber(lightly salted)
 30 g Walnut
 2 tbsp Sour cream 15%
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Boil potatoes in a peel, cut, put in a bowl;

Boil the beets, chop, lay out to the potatoes;

Cut pickled (lightly salted) cucumber. Put in vegetables, add herbs, spices, finely chopped walnuts, mix. Season with sour cream.
