Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Pickle fish in spices, herbs, lemon juice. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Peel the beets, cut into slices, wash the potatoes well, cut into slices in a peel. Put to the fish, bake with the fish for 15 - 20 Minutes;

For cooking, cut potatoes and beets into cubes in a bowl, add fresh cucumber, herbs, spices to taste, olive oil, mix. Serve with fish.
