Preheat the oven to 180-200C. We clean the fish beforehand, wash it, pickle it in lemon juice, spices, herbs, put it on a baking sheet;

Cut the corn, put it next to the mackerel, salt, pepper to taste, add the tomato, bake for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Cooking salad: put spinach, lettuce, arugula, dill / parsley, cucumber, tomato, salt / pepper in a bowl, season with olive oil and lemon juice. Serve with fish.
