 200 g Carrot
 ½ Orange juice
 1 tsp Sesame
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 20 g Parmesan

Peel and cut the carrots in strips. Season with sesame seeds, flax seeds, juice of half an orange and salt with pepper;

We line the baking sheet with paper, put the carrots and put in a preheated oven to 200C for
20 - 25 Minutes, until a brown crust is formed;

Sprinkle the finished carrots with grated Parmesan.

* Instead of cheese, you can use any homemade sauce. For example, from baked peppers and tomatoes (or fresh).
