½ Red onion

3 tbsp Chard
810 Cherry tomatoes
Refueling:

1 tsp Mustard with grains
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Make dressing: mix honey with mustard. Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Mix everything well. Take the amount of salad dressing to your taste.
Put handfuls of arugula, chard, cucumber slices, tomato slices and thinly chopped onions on plates.
Put slices of liver on top and pour dressing.
