For filling:
 70 g Cheese
 4 Eggs
For the dough:
 1 Egg
 1 cup Water(boiling water)
 3 cups Oat flour
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Salttaste

Mix the egg with salt, add butter, flour and water. Knead the dough and divide into 4 parts, each roll into a ball

To form boats from balls and send for 15 Minutes to a preheated oven at 230 degrees.

Get the boats, break the egg in the middle, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 2 Minutes. Egg white should have time to prepare, the yolk, while remaining liquid.
