- Rinse the cereal.
- Fry, constantly stirring, in a pan until rosy. Fire is medium.
- Pour water into a saucepan, put on a stove, bring to a boil.
- Pour cereal (water should be twice as much).
- Add salt and butter.
- Reduce heat and mix.
- To cover with a lid.
- Cook for 10 – 15 Minutes until cooked (water should boil).
- Wrap in a towel and let it brew for 20 Minutes.
- A low-calorie, but nutritious and healthy dish is ready.
