 60 g Wild rice(unpolished)
 50 g Tuna
 10 g Sunflower seeds
 100 g Young cabbage
 50 g Cucumber
 50 g Peas
 Dill or parsleytaste
 2 tsp Olive oil
 Salttaste
 Spicestaste
 Herbstaste

Boil wild rice in the ratio of water 1:2 until cooked;

Put in a pre-heated pan, add herbs, spices to taste, add tuna, mix, add
sunflower seeds . Cook for 5 - 7Minutes;

Shred young cabbage, add cucumber, peas, dill / parsley and olive oil, mix.
