 60 g Lightly salted trout (or steamed)
 ¼ Avocado
 50 g Sweet pepper
 1 Fresh Cucumber
 30 g Lettuce
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 Sea salttaste
 Pepper taste
 Herbstaste

In a preheated frying pan without oil, fry the bread until crisp. Immediately we can fry strips of pepper until soft;

Pour avocados and grease one half of the bread;

On top we spread the fish, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and add any herbs to taste;

We cut cucumbers into plates, put them on fish, put lettuce leaves on top and close our sandwiches.
