
1 cup Oat sereal
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 cup Milk(or soy milk)

Turn on and preheat the oven to 230 C;

Grind oatmeal in a combine or coffee grinder (preferably, but not necessary). Combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and mix everything;

Separately, dissolve honey in vegetable oil, add milk and mix, and then add to cereal with flour;

Stir until soft dough;

Blind the ball from the dough and place on a slightly greased baking tray;

Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 Minutes
