 200 g Mushrooms
 3 Sweet pepper
 2 Tomatoes
 1 Onion(small)
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Garlictaste
 Spicy herbs (oregano, Provencal herbs)taste

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into plates, add to the onion and fry.

Wash the pepper, peel the stalk and seeds, cut into strips and add to the mushrooms with onions and fry for 5 Minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into cubes and add to the vegetables. Fry for 5 Minutes.

At the end of frying, add salt, pepper, spices, garlic. And after a minute, remove the vegetable sauté with mushrooms from the heat.
