 200 g Turkey
 150 g Peas(fresh, frozen)
 30 g Avocado
 70 g Cucumber
 100 g Radish
 20 g Spinach
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Lemon juicetaste
 Herbstaste
 Salttaste

Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Pre-marinate the turkey (salt / pepper, herbs), spread on a baking sheet, bake for 15 Minutes (can be cooked in a slow cooker ), spread on a dish;

Steam green peas or dip in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes, transfer to a blender, add avocado, olive oil + greens, whisk until puree. Spread to the meat;

Shred the cucumber, radish, send it to the bowl, add 8-10 leaves of spinach, herbs, season with lemon juice and 1 tsp. olive oil.
