 150 g Black eyed peas
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salt taste

Boil an egg like poached (or soft-boiled);

Knead the avocado with a fork, put it on the bread. Lay the egg on top of the avocado. Salt, pepper to taste, herbs;

Blanch the beans or send in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes until al dente, put on a dish. You can add lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
