 50 g Mozzarella
 250 g Tomatoes
 1 tsp Olive oil
 5 g Pine nuts

Boil durum wheat pasta, put on a dish, add greens;

Boil an egg using the poached or soft-boiled method, put on a paste;

Make a caprese salad: chop mozzarella, tomatoes, add herbs, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with pasta.
