 150 g Potato
 150 g Beet
 50 g Herring (slightly salted)
 200 g Sauerkraut
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Rosemarytaste

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Wash potatoes, cut into slices;

Cut beets into slices or circles, put on a baking sheet with potatoes, add herbs, rosemary, herbs, sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Put on a dish, add slightly salted herring and sauerkraut.
