PITA QUESADILLA (50 G) WITH CHEESE (30 G), SPINACH (30 G) AND TOMATO (70 G)

 50 g Pita/recipes/pita-bread/
 40 g Fresh or frozen spinach
 3 g Butter
 Nutmegtaste
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Oreganotaste
 70 g A tomato
 30 g Hard cheese(grated)
 1 tbsp Cream 10%

Grease a hot pan with a piece of butter. Add chopped fresh or frozen spinach and a spoonful of cream (or water). Immediately salt and pepper, add nutmeg to taste and simmer over low heat for 5 - 7Minutes.

Put spinach on one half of the pita bread, sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Cover with a free layer of pita bread or wrap in a roll. Fry in a preheated pan for
2 Minutes on each side.

You can cut the tomato inside the pita bread and immediately eat it so that the pita bread does not have time to soak. Or take it separately.
