PEAR BAKED WITH RICOTTA

 1 Pear
 10 g Walnuts
 1 tsp Honey
 ½ tsp Cinnamon

Cut the pear into halves and remove the middle with pits. Preheat the oven to 180C;

Put cheese into each half (which you can pre-knead well with a fork). Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts and cinnamon. Put in the oven for 15 Minutes;

We get out the dessert and let it cool for 7 - 10 Minutes. Then pour honey on top of each half.
