130 ml Vegetable milk
50 g Oatmeal(or whole wheat)
Sea salttaste
1 tsp Coconut oil(or any for frying)
20 g Raisins
1 tbsp Sour cream 15%
20 g Nuts

Beat the egg with milk, add salt and flour, stir well so that there are no lumps. Leave on for 10 - 15 Minutes

Melt the butter (or grease with a brush or cotton pad) in a non-stick pan and fry the pancakes, about 1 Minutes on each side.

Mix cottage cheese or curd with pre-soaked raisins and add evenly to each cooked pancake. Serve with a spoon of sour cream, seasoned with chopped nuts.
