OATMEAL PANCAKES WITH CINNAMON (200 G) AND CHERRY (100 G)

 30 g Oat (whole, rolled) flakes
 20 g Whole wheat flour (or oatmeal)
 10 g Coconut flakes
 Cinnamontaste
 1 tbsp Coconut oil or butter
 50 g Banana
 100 ml Soy or almond milk(any vegetable milk or organic yogurt)
 150 g Cherry

Mix in a bowl until a homogeneous mass of flakes, flour, coconut, cinnamon and butter;

Take a blender, add banana, soy / almond milk * (without sugar). Beat;

Add pre-mixed bulk ingredients. Beat to a viscous consistency. Bake in a preheated pan (you can grease with a very thin layer of coconut oil) without oil;

Put on the bowl, add the peeled cherries.
