 1 tsp Coconut oil (or butter)
 100 g Apples
 100 g Carrot
 20 g Almond
 40 g Oatmeal (whole / rolled)
 50 g Berries

Preheat the pan, add coconut oil or ghee / ghee / cream, add chopped apples, carrots, almonds, mix, cook for 3 - 5 Minutes;

Take a bowl, add flakes pre-filled with warm (not boiling water) water, put everything that was cooked in a frying pan into a porridge and mix;

Garnish with berries and cinnamon to taste.
