Boil lentils until cooked, pre-soaked for several hours or overnight. Add spices and lemon juice to the finished lentil to taste;

Cut the tomato, pepper, zucchini and mushrooms large and simmer for 10 Minutes without oil and spices. Add oil to the finished dish and serve with lentils.
