 60 g Lentils
 200 g Mushrooms
 1 A tomato
 30 g Spinach
 Lemon juicetaste
 Greenstaste

Pre-soak lentils, boil, add herbs, lemon juice and spices to taste;

Cut mushrooms with tomatoes. Put in a pan with spinach, herbs and spices and simmer for
5 - 10 Minutes.
