 100 g A tomato
 50 g Spinach
 30 g Fresh herbs(parsley, dill or cilantro)
 2 Eggs
 5 g Butter
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 50 g Whole wheat bread(leaven without yeast)

Heat the pan, put the butter, chop the tomato, add the spinach, cook for 5 - 7 Minutes.

Break 2 eggs into a plate, salt, pepper to taste, beat with a fork, pour into a pan to vegetables. Keep 5 - 7 Minutes under the lid until the eggs are ready.

Serve scrambled eggs with whole wheat bread.
