 100 g White fish fillet
 ¼ Onion
 Clove of garlic
 1 tsp Olive oil
 50 ml Tomato sauce
 ½ Lemon
 200 g Seaweed with celery

In a heated frying pan in olive oil, pass the finely chopped garlic and onions. Put the garlic and onions in a baking dish;

Put the fish fillet in a form onion with garlic, pour it all with tomato sauce. Top with salt and pepper;

Bake fish in a preheated oven for up to 200С for 20 minutes, and serving, sprinkle with lemon juice;

Put seaweed with grated celery on rye bread and serve with fish.
