Preheat the oven to 180-200C. My fish, pickle in lemon juice, herbs, salt / pepper to taste. Spread on a baking sheet, cook for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Corn (if whole, you can pre-boil the swing and grill) or steam / multicooker.

If there is no corn, you can replace any porridge (50 g in finished form) and vegetables (100 g) in finished form.
