30 g Parsley, Dill, Cilantro
Lemon juicetaste
½ A tomato
½ Cucumber
½ Sweet pepper
¼ Onion
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Whole wheat bread

Finely chop the greens, combine with lemon juice and 1 tsp. oils. We put the sauce on top of the fish and send it all to a preheated oven up to 200 C for 20 Minutes;

We make a vegetable salad, season with olive oil and seasonings to taste. Serve with cooked fish and bread.
