250 g Meat (veal or chicken)

Chop the onion. Grind meat and onions in a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, egg and herbs.

Mix everything. Form cutlets, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven 180 C about 30 Minutes

Making sauce for cutlets: warm the cream in a pan. Add mustard, salt, pepper.
