 150 g Curd
 1 Egg
 20 g Coconut flakes
 100 g Pear
 Cinnamontaste
 10 g Sesame
 100 ml Organic yogurt 1.5%

Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix cottage cheese 5% with chicken egg and coconut, mix;

Cut the pear, add to the curd mixture, add cinnamon to taste, mix, add sesame;

Put everything in a baking dish, bake for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Serve with yogurt.
