50 g Couscous
10 g Chia (or flax) seeds
50 ml Coconut milk(any vegetable milk or natural yogurt)
100 ml Kefir or yogurt (instead of coconut milk)
20 g Brazil nut(any nuts)
100 g Strawberries(any berries)

Boil couscous until cooked or steamed in warm water;

Soak the seeds in coconut milk. Add to cereal;

Add walnut and strawberries to the porridge.
