Pre-soak chickpeas, boil;

Boil shrimps or steam with greens and lemon;

Heat the oven to 180-200C. Cut zucchini, eggplant and mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil, add herbs, put on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 Minutes;

Serve with chickpeas and shrimp.
