 220 g Chicken(filet or thigh skinless)
 220 g White fish(instead of meat)
 200 g Mushrooms
 1 A tomato
 30 g Spinach
 Lemon juicetaste
 Greenstaste
 balsamic
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Chicken (fillet or thigh without skin) or fish marinated in lemon juice, herbs, balsamic and salt, pepper. Bake at 180 C for 15 Minutes. For the crust, pre-fry in a non-stick pan without oil for a couple of minutes on each side;

Cut mushrooms with tomatoes. Put in a pan with spinach, herbs and spices and simmer for
5 - 10 Minutes.
