 150 g Chicken fillet
 70 g Sweet pepper
 70 g Celery (stem)
 20 g Onion
 200 g Cauliflower
 5 g Butter
 Salttaste

We cut the chicken fillet like a cue ball, beat it thinly, salt and pepper to taste. In parallel, preheat the oven to 200C;

In a pan with sautéed for 5 Minutes, all vegetables except cauliflower and part of celery (we set the cabbage in boiling water for 5 Minutes;

We spread the vegetables on the chicken fillet, wrap and put in the oven to bake for
5 - 5 Minutes;

Mashed ready-made cauliflower with butter, salt and pepper. We spread our chicken roll on the finished mashed potatoes.
