 50 g Bulgur
 150 g Mushrooms
 150 g Black eyed peas
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Herbs taste

Boil bulgur in the ratio of water 1:2;

Preheat the pan, chop the mushrooms and send to the pan. Add black eyed peas , herbs, spices to taste, simmer for 5 - 10 Minutes;

Add bulgur, mix with olive oil. Cook another 3 - 5 Minutes. You can serve vegetables separately for porridge.
