50 g Seaweed
50 g An Apple
100 g Beet
20 g Prunes

For buckwheat with an egg:

Boil buckwheat until cooked. Salt, pepper and season 1 tsp. oils.

Prepare the egg using the poached method or until a semi-hard yolk. Serve with porridge.
For salad:

Cook the beets. After boiling, cook for another
10 - 15 Minutes, so that the vegetable is easily pierced. Cool.

Grate beets and apples. Combine with seaweed. Season with olive oil, finely chopped prunes and spices.
