 70 g Buckwheat
 100 g White cabbage
 50 g A tomato
 100 g Mushrooms
 20 g Hard cheese
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Greenstaste
 Lemon juicetaste

Boil buckwheat;

Preheat the pan, pre-chop cabbage, tomato, mushrooms, add herbs, spices to taste, simmer in the actual juice for 5 - 10 Minutes;

Add everything to buckwheat, mix by sprinkling with a small amount of olive oil. Serve, having previously grated hard cheese on buckwheat.
