 50 g Buckwheat
 50 g Lettuce
 ½ A tomato
 ½ Cucumber
  Sweet pepper
 50 g Champignons(any mushrooms)
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

We put buckwheat to cook. We need 100g of finished buckwheat;

Cut vegetables into a salad, put on a pillow of lettuce;

Mix olive oil with a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Ready salad dressing salad;

Fry the mushrooms in a hot pan with the addition of a small amount of oil until golden brown;

Serve salad with prepared buckwheat and mushrooms.
