 100 g Tofu
 1 Tomato
 ½ Onion
 1 tsp Olive oil
 40 g Green onions
 200 g Cauliflower
 5 g Butter
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Paprikataste
Tofu with onion

Chop onions coarsely and fry in olive oil in a well-heated pan until golden brown;

Mashed tomatoes with salt, paprika and pepper. Dice tofu and add to the onion along with tomato sauce and green onions. Stew under a closed lid for 5 - 7 Minutes until the desired consistency;

Mashed potatoes

Boil cauliflower in boiling water for 5 Minutes;

Mashed ready-made cauliflower with butter, salt and pepper. Add finely chopped onion in mashed potatoes and serve with bread.
