BORSCH (200 ML) WITH WARM BEAN SALAD (150 G) AND BREAD (40 G)

 ½ Cabbage
 1 Carrot
 1 Onion
 1 Beet
 1 Potatoes
 1 tbsp Tomato paste(no additives)
 40 g Whole wheat bread
 25 g Raw beans
 30 g Mix Salads
 ½ Sweet pepper
 1 tsp Balsamic(wine vinegar)
 1 tsp French mustard
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salttaste
Borsch:

Add boiled potatoes to boiling water;

Cut beets into slices or grate and add to potatoes;

Cut onions, carrots into cubes, sauté in a pan greased with olive oil;

Add tomato paste. Put out 5 Minutes. And add to the water with potatoes and beets;

Chop cabbage and add to borsch and cook until tender;

Salt, pepper to taste. In the finished dish, you can add a spoonful of sour cream and bread crumbs, fried in a dry pan;

Salad :

Mix boiled beans with lettuce, pepper and season it all with olive oil, mustard and balsamic.
