 60 g Beans
 100 g Tomatoes
 100 g Mushrooms
 100 g Corn
 100 g Black eyed peas
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Herbstaste

Beans, pre-soak, boil until tender;

Preheat the pan, put the pre-chopped tomatoes and mushrooms on it, add the corn (you can pre-boil or thaw) and the black eyed peas. Spices, salt, herbs to taste. Cook for 10 Minutes;

Stewing under the lid for 5 Minutes;

Serve poached with boiled eggs.
