 60 g Beans
 150 g Tofu
 100 g A tomato
 150 g Eggplant
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Greenstaste

Pre-soak beans. Boil;

Heat the pan, chop the tofu, tomato, eggplant, add spices, herbs, olive oil, simmer for 5 - 10 Minutes;

Add pre-boiled beans, mix, cook for another 5 Minutes. Serve with herbs.
