 25 g Barley porridge
 30 g Black olives
 ¼ Onion
 Chivestaste
 1 A tomato
 1 Cucumber
 ½ Sweet pepper
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salt taste
 Peppertaste

Cook the barley porridge until cooked or, if cooked in advance for two days, we will need 50 g of prepared porridge;

From a tomato, cucumber, pepper and olives with onions, make a salad and season with olive oil. Salt and pepper, add herbs to taste;

Cold porridge can be added to the salad.
