 50 g Barley groats
 150 g Peas (fresh or frozen)
 100 g Cauliflower
 50 g Sweet pepper
 50 g Carrot
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Salttaste
 Pepper taste

Boil barley groats in the ratio of water 1:2;

Cook green peas in steam or boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Cut raw cauliflower + bell pepper + carrots, add herbs, spices;

Move barley groats with green peas and vegetables, season with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.
