BANANA PANCAKES (200 G) WITH YOGURT (50 ML), CHOCOLATE (20 G) AND BERRIES (100 G)

 50 g Banana
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Oat flour
 20 g Chocolate black 80%
 100 g Berries (currants, raspberries)
 50 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%

Mix the banana with the egg and flour in a blender until smooth. Gently stir in the grated chocolate.

In a dry preheated pan, fry pancakes for 4 - 5 Minutes on each side. Cover, reduce heat and give another couple of minutes.

Serve with yogurt and berries.
