Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Marinate the meat in lemon juice, spices, herbs, put on a baking sheet;

Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences, put on a baking sheet, sprinkled with olive oil, sprinkled with herbs. Bake for 10 - 15 Minutes;
