BAKED FISH IN TOMATO SAUCE

 200 g Any fish
 1 Onion
 2 Clove of garlic
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 150 g Tomato sauce
 ½ Lemon
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Chop and onion the garlic in olive oil, put in the mold;

Put fish (fillets, any), cleared of entrails and husks, on a sauteer; add tomato sauce, a little salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 Minutes;

Feeding sprinkle with lemon juice.
