For avocado with vegetables:
 50 g Avocado
 30 g Carrot
 40 g Cucumber
 30 g Whole wheat bread
For dessert:
 100 g Banana
 50 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%
 50 g Blueberries(or any other berries, pear or persimmon)
 15 g Dark Chocolate 80%
 1 tsp Sesame
For avocado with vegetables:

Mash avocado and lemon juice. Salt to taste.

Strip vegetables into strips. Dunk vegetables and bread in mashed avocado.

For dessert:

For the day, put the peeled banana in the freezer.

Get a banana on the day of the dessert Put in a blender. Add yogurt and beat.

Put in a bowl and add berries, sesame and grated chocolate.
