 200 g Sauerkraut
 50 g Avocado

Boil pasta al dente (strictly on time on the packaging);

Pre-marinate tofu in lemon juice, herbs, bake at 180 C for 10 Minutes. Add the pieces in the paste together with avocado puree;

Serve with sauerkraut.
