 60 g Cereal bread
 50 g Hummus
 ½ A tomato
 ½ Sweet pepper
 ½ Cucumber
 20 g Pomegranate seeds
 10 g Arugula

Fry the toasts with pepper in a dry frying pan without oil until crusted;

Lubricate bread with hummus, spread pomegranate seeds and chopped vegetables with arugula on top.

* as bread you can use whole grain bread or any bread without yeast, whole grains and vegetables.
