 100 g Curd cheese
 1 tsp Honey
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Whole wheat flourcan also use oat or coconut flour
 1 tbsp Raisins soaked in waterapple instead of raisins - 1pc
 5 ml Vegetable oil to grease the pan
 1 tbsp Sour cream

Put curd cheese in a deep bowl with egg and flour, add raisins. Instead of raisins, you can add half the apple, cut in small squares. Serve the remaining half separately (or just cheesecakes + a whole apple separately);

Pre-grease the pan with vegetable oil, using a pastry brush or just a cotton pad. Put on a low heat

Separate the desired part of the curd mass with hands moistened with water, form cheese cakes and lightly roll in flour on a flat plate on both sides;

Fry cheesecakes on both sides over low heat, so that the inside is well-fried;

Serve on the table with sour cream (optional).
