Put curd cheese in a deep bowl with egg and flour, add raisins. Instead of raisins, you can add half the apple, cut in small squares. Serve the remaining half separately (or just cheesecakes + a whole apple separately);
Pre-grease the pan with vegetable oil, using a pastry brush or just a cotton pad. Put on a low heat
Separate the desired part of the curd mass with hands moistened with water, form cheese cakes and lightly roll in flour on a flat plate on both sides;
Fry cheesecakes on both sides over low heat, so that the inside is well-fried;
Serve on the table with sour cream (optional).
